HybridWorkforce.Solutions was founded by Dr. Arnold Paulos, a practicing dentist with over 30 years of experience serving the San Francisco East Bay community.
After earning his degree from the UCSF School of Dentistry, Dr. Paulos pioneered a Mobile Dental Practice, bringing care directly to homebound patients, skilled nursing facilities, and senior living communities. He has served as an advisory dentist for numerous care centers, and has held leadership positions in both local and state dental organizations including the California Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry, where he is recognized as a Fellow and a Master.
Through his work, Dr. Paulos discovered a growing need: Dental professionals are overwhelmed not because they lack skill, but because front office systems haven’t kept up. That’s why he created HybridWorkforce.Solutions.
